Terms of Use for Oracle Solaris on the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Marketplace

As a condition of accessing the selected software, You must agree to the following terms:

By clicking “I accept,” You agree to be bound by this Agreement, which is comprised of the terms below and either the Oracle Cloud Services Agreement (“CSA”) or Oracle Master Agreement with Schedule C (“OMA”) that You have entered into with Oracle. If You are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, You represent that You have the authority to bind it to the terms of this Agreement and, in such event, “You” and “Your” as used in this Agreement shall refer to such entity.

In addition, as a condition to installing or accessing the Oracle Solaris software and related services, You agree to comply with the following terms and restrictions, as well as any open source terms that are included as part of the Oracle Solaris software that You are using.

You agree that:

The Oracle Solaris software that You download from the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Marketplace is Oracle Software, as that phrase is defined in the CSA and/or in Schedule C of the OMA, as applicable in Your particular case.

Your use of the Oracle Solaris software is limited by the terms of Your order for the Services, and You will use the Oracle Solaris software solely for the purpose of facilitating Your use of the Services during the Services Period, unless Your use of the Oracle Software is earlier terminated as specified in the CSA and/or in Schedule C of the OMA, as applicable.
